Healing has been a lifelong passion for me. It is my belief that true health comes from having balance between all parts of the body, mind, and spirit.

My goal is to help clients attain as much balance as possible, and to help them heal as quickly and effectively as possible.

I focus on empowering and educating my clients. My goal is to help relieve current symptoms, and to teach some useful coping/healing strategies, including dietary and lifestyle recommendations when needed, to maintain long-term health.
